The Ezequiel Roberto Trujillo Scholarship

About the Ezequiel Roberto Trujillo Legacy Scholarship

Ezequiel Roberto Trujillo, a humble man from the San Luis Valley, valued education and community service. Despite never attending college himself, he prioritized his children's education and worked tirelessly to send all three to college. His dream came true as they became first-generation graduates and pursued careers in counseling, pharmacy, and one became a principal here in the WPS district. Ezequiel passed away in 2014, surrounded by his family. To honor his legacy, his family supports the dreams of others by giving back to Westminster Public Schools, embodying his spirit as a dedicated, hardworking, and inspiring hero. Reflect on his example as you journey through education.
