Adams County Scholarship (ACSF)
Quantity: 8-10 awards
The Adams County Scholarship Fund (ACSF) was created as a collaboration between Adams County, the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI), Adams County Education Consortium (ACEC), and Adams County school districts (Adams 12 Five Star Schools, Adams 14 Education Foundation, School District 27J Education Foundation, Mapleton District 1 Education Foundation, Westminster District 50 Education Foundation, Strasburg School District 31J, and Bennett School District 29J.). - Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA in college
- Full time enrollment in college

- Applicant must demonstrate financial need at or below 250% Pell Eligibility as determined at time of enrollment

Hyland Hills Park & Recreation Employee Scholarship

The Westminster Public Schools Foundation sponsors this scholarship to honor the partnership between Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District and Westminster Public Schools recreation programs, the student employment opportunities, as well as substantial support of the Westminster Public Schools Foundation.Eligibility:

- Applicant must be recent high school graduate from Westminster Public Schools

- Scholarship will be awarded to a student with an interest in Art or similar career

Lynch Family Scholarship

The Lynch Family Scholarship is sponsored by Tom and Joyce Lynch who were both teachers in the district. They have two sons, Tanner and Dillon, who both graduated from the district. Dillon just started teaching within the district.Eligibility:

This scholarship requires participants to be open to coaching and mentoring each month they are in college. Students must agree to be in contact with the Scholarship Program Director to ensure success in college.

- Open to Latinx, African American or students with native American descent.
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA in college
- First Generation college student
- Applicant must be pursuing a degree and/or certificate at Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, University of Colorado Denver, Red Rocks Community College or Front Range Community College
- Low income student OR Free & Reduced Lunch
- Applicant must be recent high school graduate from Westminster Public Schools

Premier Members Credit Union Scholarship
Quantity: 1 Award
Sponsored by the Premier Members Credit Union to honor the partnership between Westminster Public Schools and Premier Members Credit Union. Annually, Premier Members Credit Union recognizes high school seniors with proven excellence in academics, community involvement and extracurricular activities.
Eligibility:- Be a graduating senior at Westminster High School
- Rigorous course of study. Took AP, IB, PLTW or college courses during high school (Required only if you went to Westy)
- Students must agree to be in contact with the Scholarship Program Director to ensure success in college.
- Participated in volunteer or community service during high school
- Participated in extracurricular activities during high school

Ranum Future Teachers Scholarship
Quantity: 2 Awards
Iver C. Ranum began teaching in the district in 1935, became principal in 1939, and was superintendent from 1950 to 1976. This scholarship will be offered to students with an interest in teaching or education.Eligibility:

Spirit of ‘76’ Scholarship

This scholarship was developed by a group of alumni from the class of 1976. This group of alumni contribute to the fund every year to award this scholarship to a student that demonstrate a strong sense of direction and giving back to the community

The Perseverance Scholarship

The Perseverance Scholarship honors an outstanding Westminster Public Schools graduate who has completed their studies through a combination of grit, determination, and perseverance.
Eligibility:
- US Citizenship not required
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA in college
- Part time OR Full time enrollment in college
- Applicant must be pursuing a degree and/or certificate @ at a trade school, college, or university in Colorado
- Applicant must be recent high school graduate from Westminster Public Schools
- Students must agree to be in contact with the Scholarship Program Director to ensure success in college.
- Preference is given to students who were served by an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or 504 Plan at points throughout their academic experience (Proof will be required)
