Key Initiatives

The needs of our students change, and as a Foundation, we want to be responsive to these needs.  Therefore, we created a bucket of funding for key initiatives and programs. ​

The Foundation partners closely with district leadership to identify educational priorities. In recent years, we invested in several initiatives, such as the YESS program, which provides peer mentoring to our middle schoolers. We have supported the Career Tech and Education program, the Future Center located at Westminster High School, and Project Lead the Way, to name a few.
